Canada Scott 711aVar MNH, Perf 13.0x13.3, GT2, NF/NF Paper, Lithography, Lady Slipper Flower, Not only is this a major shift, but it is also a double print of the dark green. The figure 10 and the word CANADA, etc. are double printed, one ALBINO, appearing where it normally should be.  The plate prinitng this part failed to get any ink, yet made its impression. The printer put the sheet through a second time and not being properly aligned, the print got shifted.  Tagging is normal.
